Teresa Matushaj's practice focuses primarily on the fields of legal ethics, professional responsibility, cybersecurity and e-discovery.
Teresa also manages the firm's staff attorneys and paralegals. She also oversees the firm's physical and electronic library holdings and online research tools, including Westlaw, Lexis and Bloomberg Law.
Teresa also serves as the firm’s assistant pro bono coordinator. Teresa arranges for a variety of pro bono opportunities for firm attorneys, works closely with public interest organizations that refer matters to the firm, implements the firm’s pro bono policies and supervises firm attorneys on a wide variety of pro bono matters.

- The Federal Housing Finance Agency (“FHFA”), as conservator for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, in several actions in federal and state courts against numerous financial institutions arising out of defendants’ misrepresentations concerning residential mortgage-backed securities sold to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
- Adelphia Recovery Trust in a multi-billion dollar lawsuit against several hundred financial institutions, including the largest banks in the United States, for, among other things, intentional and constructive fraudulent conveyances, fraud, equitable subordination, equitable disallowance, and aiding and abetting fraud and breach of fiduciary duty.
