Fria R. Kermani’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, corporate governance and white collar defense and investigations. She represents both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state court actions. She also has experience working on matters involving regulatory enforcement in connection with investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission and other government agencies.
