Sebastian P. Clarkin’s practice focuses on employment litigation, including claims of discrimination and retaliation based on sex, gender, race, religion, national origin and other protected characteristics and activities.  He has appeared before Federal and State courts, as well as various administrative agencies including the New York State Division of Human Rights, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the National Labor Relations Board.  He has represented public and private clients in executive compensation disputes, trade secret and non-compete claims and other breach of contract and tort claims.

Sebastian also advises clients on employment policies and practices, disciplinary actions, separation agreements, and federal, state, and local labor, employment and wage and hour laws.
