- Cottonwood Group in the closing of a $240 million senior mortgage financing to Cronin Development for the St. Regis Residences, a 114-unit luxury condominium tower in Boston’s Seaport District.
- Cottonwood Group in the closing of a $105 million senior construction loan to a joint venture between Reger Holdings and Tarlton Properties for the development of a 223,500 square feet molecular diagnostics company, with a loan-on-loan financing with Western Alliance Bank.
- Dwight Mortgage Trust in numerous multifamily bridge financings across the United States aggregating in excess of $1 billion.

- Starwood Property Trust in the negotiation of purchase and sale agreements for the acquisition, financing and disposition of retail centers, apartment complexes and office buildings throughout the United States.
- Axonic Capital in the closing of a $72 million senior loan to refinance the leasehold interest in 430 Park Avenue. The 19-story building between East 55th and 56th Streets is a 295,900 square foot Class-A office property that is currently 99% leased to a diverse tenant roster spanning financial services, real estate, and law firms.
