Kasowitz Benson Torres represented a leading real estate investment company in the sale of an approximately 227,000 square foot shopping center located in Sierra Vista, Arizona to an Arizona-based commercial real estate company.  With over 95% percent occupancy, the property is nearly fully leased with a strong lineup of local merchants and national brands including Ulta, Ross, Marshalls and others.
