Paul M. "Tad" O'Connor III Interviews Chairman of GFP Real Estate Jeffrey Gural for Commercial Observer

Kasowitz Benson Torres partner Paul M. "Tad" O'Connor III interviewed Jeffrey Gural, Chairman of GFP Real Estate and member of The Real Estate Board of New York’s (REBNY) executive committee, as part of an executive video series produced with Commercial Observer.  In the video, Mr. Gural and Mr. O'Connor discuss the current challenges facing the real estate industry, with a focus on office-to-residential conversions, high interest rates and loan maturities.  They also discuss Mr. Gural’s recent appointment to chair the Public Buildings Reform Board, an agency dedicated to shrinking government spending by reducing the amount of property owned or leased by the federal government.
