Kasowitz Benson Torres partner Paul M. "Tad" O'Connor III appeared as part of a panel discussion titled, “Midtown Manhattan Reimagined: Rezoning & Reinventing One of the Most Iconic Business Districts in the World,” as part of the Future of New York Forum hosted by the Commercial Observer.  Mr. O’Connor, along with Nate Bliss, Chief of Staff and Deputy Mayor of Housing, Economic Development and Workforce for the NYC Office of the Mayor, Jeffrey Nelson, EVP of Investment Management Group at RXR, and Dean Shapiro, Global Head of Development at Oxford, discussed NYC Mayor’s proposed rezoning plans for Midtown Manhattan and how the conversion of office and industrial spaces will shift the housing inventory.  The principal of Kasowitz client SL Green, Marc Holliday, also joined the event.
