Daniel J. Fetterman Participates on Panel at the New York State Bar Association’s International Section Seasonal Meeting
Kasowitz partner Daniel J. Fetterman will participate in a panel discussion titled “White Collar Investigation and Enforcement: A U.S./Canada Comparison on Recent Trends,” as part of the International Section of the New York State Bar Association’s 2018 Seasonal Meeting. Mr. Fetterman, along with other leading white collar lawyers, will discuss the differences between how the U.S. and Canada investigate and enforce white collar offenses and the impact those differences have on cross-border white collar matters.
