Kasowitz Successfully Resolves Multimillion Dollar Nationwide Consumer Class Action

Kasowitz Benson Torres, on behalf of luxury goods company Tapestry, has secured final court approval of an extremely favorable settlement resolving a nationwide consumer class action concerning alleged pricing practices in Tapestry’s Coach-branded outlet stores in the U.S.  On March 3, 2021, Judge Valerie E. Caproni of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York approved the parties’ settlement agreement and dismissed the action with prejudice.
