Sondra D. Grigsby’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in both federal and state courts. She primarily works on major complex commercial cases, arbitrations and mediations in diverse areas of law including fraud, securities, white-collar criminal defense, and bankruptcy. Sondra also has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in breach of contract and defamation cases, including second-chairing a successful breach of contract jury trial.
Sondra is an active member of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee, where she represents clients in fair housing matters, as well as those seeking asylum.
Sondra also coordinates the firm’s mentoring program, in partnership with the Justice Resource Center, with the Law Institute at John Dewey High School in Brooklyn, New York. This program provides students with resources to encourage academic achievement and exposes them to job options in the legal field.
