Nancy Elizabeth Kaschel's practice focuses on general commercial and product liability litigation.  Nancy regularly defends major manufacturers against products liability claims in both the U.S. and abroad, including lawsuits brought by individual plaintiffs, consumer groups and governmental entities, as well as class actions.

Nancy is a trial lawyer who handles complex, high-stakes business and commercial litigation, including contract disputes, product liability suits, claims of fraud and commercial real estate actions.  She has been counsel to numerous corporate entities including toy manufacturers, major beauty product companies and the largest home builder and developer in the United States.

Nancy has years of experience defending clients in high-stakes product liability litigation, including trying more than a dozen cases.  All of the cases where Nancy was lead trial counsel resulted in a jury verdict for her client or in a favorable settlement.  She spent years actively engaged in the defense of hundreds of civil suits brought against manufacturers, most notably Liggett Group, where she defended and managed hundreds of cases throughout the country in both state and federal court as well as in arbitration.  Nancy served as lead trial counsel for Liggett in a nine-month trial and the largest civil suit ever brought under the federal anti-racketeering statute known as RICO which resulted in a lone defense verdict for Liggett.
