Helen Y. Chang’s practice focuses on complex commercial and civil litigation. She has experience with federal and state courts handling cases from inception, discovery, law and motion, trial, and post-judgment enforcement. She has helped craft strategic and creative settlement solutions in complex commercial cases. She also has experience in alternate dispute resolution. She has served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate in Marin County and as an arbitrator for the San Francisco Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing.
Helen was a respected tenured law professor for more than thirty years and recognized as the Professor of the Year for multiple years. Upon leaving academia, she was honored with the title of Professor Emerita.
