WORK HIGHLIGHTS
- Incoco Capital in the closing of the construction capitalization for 175 Third Street, the fifth building in the Gowanus Wharf campus. Kasowitz also represented Incoco Capital in the joint venture negotiations with co-developers Charney Companies and Tavros Capital. Once completed, 175 Third Street will be the largest building in Gowanus, with approximately 1.1 million square feet and nearly 1,100 residences spanning 27 stories.
- Cottonwood Group in the closing of a $105 million senior construction loan to a joint venture between Reger Holdings and Tarlton Properties for the development of a 223,500 square feet molecular diagnostics company, with a loan-on-loan financing with Western Alliance Bank.
- Basel Capital in the closing of a $72.2 million construction loan from Anchor Loans for the development of 58 luxury townhomes located in Bellevue, Washington.
- Cottonwood Group in the closing of a $180 million construction loan to Five Points Development to build New York’s skinniest residential skyscraper at 262 Fifth Avenue in New York City.
- Axonic Capital in the closing of a $72 million senior loan to refinance the leasehold interest in 430 Park Avenue. The 19-story building between East 55th and 56th Streets is a 295,900 square foot Class-A office property that is currently 99% leased to a diverse tenant roster spanning financial services, real estate, and law firms.
