Matthew A. Kraus and Anthony MacDonald Caputo to Speak at New York Trade Secret Strategy Summit

Mr. Kraus will serve on the panel “AI, SaaS & the Cloud: Proving and Protecting ‘Invisible’ Assets,” where he, along with panelists Gregory Bombard, Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, Elena Ayot, Senior Vice President and Senior Compliance Officer at Citigroup, Monique Ferraro, Cyber Counsel at HSB Global Cyber Products, and Gregory Penoyer, Lead Product Counsel at Simplisafe, will explore identifying and defining trade secrets embedded in digital systems and how to prove misappropriation when assets lack traditional documentation.  
 
Mr. Caputo will serve on the panel “Damages That Stick: Translating Trade Secret Value for Courts and the C-Suite,” where he, along with panelists Imtiaz Khan, Director - IP Valuation & Advisory Services Lead at Houlihan Lokey, Ronald Prague, Chief Legal Officer of Origin Wireless, and Jennifer Ying, Partner at Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP, will explore damages strategies for trade secrets litigation that resonate with judges, juries, and corporate leadership.
