Jonathan K. Waldrop to Speak at 2026 IP Dealmakers Forum

Kasowitz partner Jonathan K. Waldrop will be a featured speaker on the panel discussion titled, “Deep Dive – Valuation in the Real World: What Changes the Numbers in a Deal?,” as part of the annual 2026 IP Dealmakers Forum.  Mr. Waldrop, along with Abha Divine, CEO and Founder of Techquity Growth Capital, Blair Jacobs, Partner and Co-Chair – Patent Litigation at Boies Schiller Flexner, Michael Pellegrino, President of Pellegrino & Associates, and moderator Lawrence Drucker, Partner at Spencer Fane, will discuss why the value of IP is dynamic and not a fixed number or historical price.  They will also discuss how time, investment, risk, and changes in the technology market can materially reshape the value of IP.
