Francisco Franco Featured Speaker on Mexico’s Judicial Reform at NYU

Kasowitz Special Counsel Francisco Franco was a featured speaker on a panel discussion titled “Mexico’s Judicial Reform: Implications for National and International Arbitration,” hosted by New York University’s Latin American Arbitration Society (LAAS).  Mr. Franco, along with Santiago Escobar, Partner as Bufete Asali, Pedro Ramírez, Senior Associate at Freshfields, and Ana Sofía Sapiña, Foreign Associate at Sidley Austin, discussed Mexico’s recent judicial reform and how it may reshape dispute resolution in the country and impact the international arbitration landscape.
