Daniel J. Fetterman Speaks at ABA Antitrust Law Section 2022 International Cartel Workshop
Kasowitz Benson Torres partner Daniel J. Fetterman was a featured speaker on the panel “Demonstration: Getting the House in Order,” as part of the 2022 International Cartel Workshop hosted by the American Bar Association Antitrust Law Section. Mr. Fetterman, along with other leading antitrust lawyers from around the world, discussed the roles of inside and outside counsel for a company that is being investigated. The panel also discussed corporate governance and individual counsel issues for the company and its executives, including who should receive individual counsel, whether some employees should retain the same counsel, and how to manage both the costs and possibility of executive turnover.
