Amit R. Vora Featured Speaker on Supreme Court CLE Webinar

Kasowitz partner Amit R. Vora will be a featured speaker on a CLE webinar titled “The 2025–26 Supreme Court Term: Separation of Powers and the Administrative State,” hosted by The Knowledge Group and Cerifi.  Mr. Vora, along with Professor Xiao Wang, Director of the Supreme Court Litigation Clinic at the University of Virginia School of Law, will discuss the Supreme Court’s significant business-related decisions from the 2025–2026 term and preview major cases on the docket for 2026–2027.  In addition, the speakers will address presidential removal authority and the future of independent agencies, tariffs and executive economic power, federal preemption of state-law claims, ERISA, and administrative adjudication.

Amit R. Vora, partner and Chair of the firm’s Appellate & Constitutional Litigation practice group, focuses his practice on complex litigation in federal and state courts, with a particular emphasis on appellate litigation.  His experience includes representing companies and individuals in administrative, commercial, and intellectual property disputes, as well as matters involving the First Amendment, separation of powers, due process, and other constitutional issues.
