Kasowitz Special Counsel Amit R. Vora has co-authored “What Grayscale’s Victory in Bitcoin Case Means for Crypto Market,” published in Bloomberg Law.  In the article, the authors examine the ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit in Grayscale Investments v. SEC that the agency acted unlawfully in denying Grayscale’s application for a Bitcoin exchange-traded fund, or ETF.  In addition, the authors discuss the decision’s impact on the crypto industry.
