Lerner and Jessica Taub Rosenberg have been recognized for a third straight year as leading employment lawyers by Lawdragon in its 500 Leading U.S. Employment Lawyers 2022 guide.  The annual list honors the nation’s top lawyers representing businesses, universities, nonprofits and other organizations dealing with today’s global workforce.

Mark W. Lerner, head of the firm’s Employment Practices and Litigation group, is a leading employment litigator who regularly litigates and counsels clients on non-competition agreements, employee raiding and lift-outs, discrimination and harassment claims, theft of company information, executive compensation disputes, terminations and lay-offs, and wage and hour actions.  A former federal prosecutor, Mr. Lerner also conducts internal investigations of employment issues, including sexual harassment, and negotiates disputes with the Department of Justice, U.S. Attorneys, District Attorneys, the FBI, FINRA and the Department of Labor.

Jessica Taub Rosenberg is a leading trial lawyer with experience representing employers and prominent senior executives for over a decade in employment-related litigation, including defense of claims of discrimination, retaliation and harassment; and disputes involving the enforcement of employment contracts and non-competition covenants; and tort claims such as fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference and defamation.  A former state prosecutor, Ms. Rosenberg also conducts internal investigations on employee misconduct in the workplace.
