• Robert W. Bosslet – Mr. Bosslet’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, representing clients in antitrust, securities, ERISA and contract disputes.  Mr. Bosslet is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
• Anthony MacDonald Caputo – Mr. Caputo’s practice focuses on complex commercial, financial products and securities litigation in both federal and state courts.  Mr. Caputo is based in the firm’s New York office.

Special Counsel 

• Jessica C. Sutliff – Ms. Sutliff’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation.  Sutliff also manages all aspects of electronic discovery.  Ms. Sutliff is based in the firm’s New York office.
