• David Tyler “Ty” Adams: Mr. Adams’ practice focuses on commercial litigation and complex business disputes.  He has represented a variety of businesses and individuals in disputes involving contracts, torts, corporate governance, securities, antitrust, employment, and fraud, among other issues.  Mr. Adams is based in the firm’s New York office.
• Léa Dartevelle Erhel: Ms. Dartevelle’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, white collar defense and investigations, international arbitration, consumer class action defense, and intellectual property litigation.  She has represented public and private companies in a broad range of disputes, including fraud, breach of contract, consumer statutes, and patent infringement.  Ms. Dartevelle is based in the firm’s New York office.
• Constantine Loizides: Mr. Loizides’ practice focuses on antitrust and complex civil litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state court as well as alternative dispute resolution bodies, across a broad range of industries.  He has experience representing a variety of businesses in disputes involving torts, antitrust matters, and fraud, among other issues.  Mr. Loizides is based in the firm’s New York office.
• Michael C. Pecorini: Mr. Pecorini’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts.  He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of disputes, including those involving contracts, business torts, antitrust, and securities.  Mr. Pecorini is based in the firm’s New York office.

Special Counsel

• Frederick C. Bingham: Mr. Bingham’s practice focuses on issues related to data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI.  He advises clients on compliance with global privacy frameworks, managing AI-related legal risks, establishing and maintaining cybersecurity best practices, responding to government investigations and regulatory enforcement, developing records and information governance, and negotiating technology transactions.  Mr. Bingham is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
• Jonah M. Block: Mr. Block’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation.  He represents clients in a wide range of matters, including structured financial products, cryptocurrency, mezzanine loan foreclosures, and commercial real estate disputes, where he represents both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels.  Mr. Block is based in the firm’s New York office.
• Paul A. Fotovat: Mr. Fotovat’s practice focuses on matrimonial and family law.  He has broad experience representing clients through all aspects and stages of matrimonial and family law, including motion practice and trial and he frequently litigates issues of child custody, child support, spousal support, as well as the distribution of assets.  He also negotiates and drafts prenuptial, postnuptial, separation and global settlement agreements.  Mr. Fotovat is based in the firm’s New York office.
