Darwin Huang Moderates Real Estate Investment Panel at Commercial Observer’s 2023 West Coast CRE Investment Forum

Kasowitz Benson Torres partner Darwin Huang moderated a panel discussion titled, “Capitalizing on Distressed Opportunities: How Savvy Investors are Positioning Opportunistic Capital,” as part of Commercial Observer’s West Coast CRE Investment Forum.  Mr. Huang, along with Jennifer Halvas, Managing Director of Investor Relations at Cityview, Michael Regan, Managing Director of Investments at CIM Group, and Spencer Schlee, Managing Director at Canyon Partners Real Estate, discussed the current opportunities and strategies for investing in distressed commercial real estate properties, with a focus on the Greater Los Angeles and California market.
