Andrew L. Schwartz, partner at Kasowitz, focuses his practice on complex commercial, corporate and securities litigation, and represents clients on a wide range of matters, from class action litigations to privately negotiated resolutions of complicated disputes.  He has been recognized by The Legal 500, by Benchmark Litigation as a Future Star and on its 40 & Under List, by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star and by Best Lawyers on its Ones to Watch list.

Brandy Worden, CIPP/US, CIPP/E, AIGP, FIP, Chair of Kasowitz’s Data Strategy, Privacy, and Security group, and Co-Chair of the firm’s AI industry group, has extensive experience both in-house and as outside counsel, advising companies on global AI, privacy, and technology issues, and related litigation and regulatory investigations.  Ms. Worden also has experience developing and implementing comprehensive privacy and AI strategies and compliance programs.  Prior to joining Kasowitz, she served as the head of a global privacy team at Meta, and previously worked as a privacy partner and practice group leader at another national law firm.
