Kasowitz Represents Tryperion Holdings in Acquisition of Office Campus in Texas

Kasowitz represented Tryperion Holdings, a real estate investment firm focused on equity and credit investments in all property types across the United States, in providing preferred equity for the acquisition and lease-up of Union Square, a two-building, 324,000 square foot office property in San Antonio, Texas.  At the time of sale, the property was 95% leased to a diverse roster of tenants, including law firms, banks and financial institutions, government agencies, engineering and consulting firms, insurance companies, healthcare providers, and real estate services companies.
