Kasowitz Closes Sale of Shopping Center in North Texas

Kasowitz Benson Torres represented a leading real estate investment company in the sale of a 230,000 square foot shopping center located in Irving, Texas to a Dallas-based commercial real estate company.  With 98 percent occupancy, the property is nearly fully leased with a strong lineup of tenants including Best Buy, Ross, Harbor Freight, PetSmart and others.
