Kasowitz Benson Torres represented a leading real estate investment company in the sale of a recently renovated shopping center located in the middle of Westlake, Florida’s future commercial development district to a privately held commercial real estate company specializing in retail shopping centers.  Westlake is a newly incorporated master planned community and one of the fastest growing cities in Florida, with the strongest residential growth market in Palm Beach County.
