Tim’s experience spans all aspects of US patent litigation from district courts to the Federal Circuit and the Supreme Court, includes robust experience before administrative agencies such as the US Patent & Trademark Office and the International Trade Commission, as well as implementing global strategies through international arbitration and by overseeing counterpart proceedings around the world.

Prior to joining the firm, Tim served as the head of the Intellectual Property Litigation group at Schulte Roth & Zabel. Before that, he was partner at two international law firms.
