Robert S. Pickens represents clients in complex patent disputes related to a wide range of technologies including mobile devices, wireless networking, databases and data storage, user interfaces, and video streaming.

Robert’s clients and adversaries have included a variety of Fortune 500 companies.  He has experience with matters in the U.S. district courts, including jury and bench trials, and appeals before the Federal Circuit.  

Robert also counsels clients on various other intellectual property matters, including USITC matters and design patent litigation.  He routinely leverages his background as an engineer and project manager in advising clients on litigation and licensing strategies.
