Dwayne A. Amos

Dwayne A. Amos focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation. Dwayne has represented global corporations, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals in high-stakes disputes involving breach of contract, mergers and acquisitions, fraud, intellectual property, corporate governance, secured transactions, government investigations, real estate disputes, judgment enforcement, celebrity crisis management, and other matters.

Before entering private practice, Dwayne worked as a celebrity talent agent and as a legal intern in the Business & Legal Affairs department of a major music label.

Dwayne serves as Chair of the Litigation Subcommittee of the New York City Bar Association’s Entertainment Law Committee.  He is also committed to pro bono work through Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts and as the head coach of the Monmouth University Mock Trial team.

Dwayne clerked for the Honorable Anne M. Patterson, Supreme Court of New Jersey and the Honorable Ellen Torregrossa-O’Connor, Superior Court of New Jersey, Monmouth County Vicinage, Criminal Division.
