Kasowitz Benson Torres partners Matthew A. Kraus and Anthony MacDonald Caputo will be featured speakers at the Trade Secret Strategy Summit – East hosted by CenterForce.
 
Mr. Kraus will serve on the panel “Prevention: Building a Strong Trade Secret Protection Framework,” where he, along with panelists Nicholas Clifford, Partner at Tucker Ellis, Kenneth Corsello, US Trade Secret Counsel at IBM Corporation, Michael Golland, General Counsel at Uproxx Studios, Dennis Jung, Head of Intellectual Property at PHC Holdings (Ascensia and Epredia), and Leslie A. Demers, Partner at Skadden Arps, will discuss key strategies for identifying, securing, and managing trade secrets across all facets of an organization and best practices to ensure companies are not only protecting their assets but also litigation-ready if disputes arise.
 
Mr. Kraus and Mr. Caputo will lead the roundtable discussion titled “Danger Zone – Surefire Ways to End up in a Trade Secrets Battle,” where they will discuss strategies for avoiding trade secret litigation.
