Jonathan K. Waldrop to Speak at 2025 IP Dealmakers Forum

Kasowitz partner Jonathan K. Waldrop will be a featured speaker on the panel discussion titled, “Litigation Stats and Strategy Part One: U.S. Venues,” as part of the 2025 IP Dealmakers Forum. Mr. Waldrop, along with Michael Kahn, Partner at Akin Gump, Kevin O’Riordan, VP and Associate General Counsel – Corporate at Tennant Company, Bridge Smith, Assistant General Counsel – IP at Relativity Space, and moderator Ari J. Jaffess, Partner at Liston Abramson, will discuss recent trends in patent litigation and emerging venue hotspots in the U.S. for patent cases beyond the Western District of Texas and District of Delaware. They will also discuss strategies for coordinating district court, International Trade Commission (ITC), and Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) actions to maximize leverage and minimize risk in patent cases.
