Francisco Franco to Speak on Cross-Border Disputes in Focus: USA and Latin America Panel Program

Kasowitz Special Counsel Francisco Franco will be a featured speaker on “Cross-Border Disputes in Focus: USA and Latin America,” a panel discussion co-hosted by Kasowitz and Jus Mundi, an AI-powered global arbitration intelligence platform.  Mr. Franco, along with Mr. Mark Stadnyk, Senior Legal Counsel for North America at thyssenkrupp nucera, Santiago Escobar, Partner at Bufete Asali, and Annie Lespérance, Head of Americas at Jus Mundi, will discuss how cross-border disputes between U.S. and Latin American parties present a complex interplay of legal traditions, business cultures, and procedural frameworks.  They will also discuss and examine the strategic and legal challenges that arise in disputes spanning this vibrant and diverse region.
