Francisco Franco to Moderate Panel at the New York State Bar Association’s International Section 2025 Global Conference in Hamburg

Kasowitz Special Counsel Francisco Franco will moderate a panel discussion titled “Legal and Business Developments in Central and Eastern Europe” as part of the International Section 2025 Global Conference hosted by the New York State Bar Association.  Mr. Franco, along with Bouke Boersma, Co-Founder and Partner at 4DA Arbitration in New York, U.S.A. and Rotterdam, Netherlands,  Dalibor Valinčić, Partner at Queritius in Zagreb, Croatia, Anna Dąbrowska, Partner at Wolf Theiss in Warsaw, Poland, Dr. Evgenia Peiffer, Counsel at CMS Hasche Sigle in Munich, Germany, and Fahira Brodlija, Legal Advisor at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in Saravejo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, will provide U.S.-based lawyers, investors, and advisors with a practical overview of recent legal, regulatory, and commercial developments in the region.  They will also discuss key trends in areas such as foreign investment, dispute resolution, corporate governance, and compliance, with a focus on how these changes may impact cross-border transactions and U.S. interests.
