The American Lawyer Again Ranks Kasowitz among the Top Law Firms for Pro Bono

Kasowitz has again been ranked as one of the top law firms in the United States for pro bono work by The American Lawyer in its 2025 Pro Bono Report of Am Law 200 firms.  The 2025 report ranks Kasowitz at 51st overall, up from its rank of 78 in 2024.  Kasowitz also ranked 34th in average pro bono hours (67.6 hours).  Kasowitz’s ranking is one of the highest in the country for firms of its size and demonstrates the firm’s outstanding commitment to pro bono work by its attorneys.  Kasowitz’s award-winning pro bono program is led by partner David J. Abrams, Chair of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee, and counsel Teresa Matushaj, Deputy Chair.
