Kasowitz Represents Tryperion Holdings in Acquisition of Office Complex in Metro Chicago
Kasowitz represented Tryperion Holdings, a commercial real estate investment firm focused on equity and credit opportunities within the U.S. middle market, in the acquisition and financing of Mid America Plaza, an office complex in the Chicago suburb of Oakbrook Terrace. Mid America Plaza consists of two 10-story Class A office towers totaling 413,267 square feet. The property was recently renovated with a redesigned lobby, updated atrium spaces, a conference center, outdoor terraces and a new fitness center with a golf simulator. The acquisition was financed with a loan from Continental Casualty Company, a subsidiary of Chicago-based CNA Financial.
