Kasowitz Represents Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. in Acquisition of Condominium in The Brill Building

Kasowitz represented Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., a global leading developer, publisher, and marketer of interactive entertainment headquartered in New York City, in its acquisition of a commercial condominium unit in the Brill Building, an 11-story Times Square landmark.  All eight of the commercial condo units in the building have been sold after a repositioning of the Brill Building by Mack Real Estate Credit Strategies.  
 
The Kasowitz team representing Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. was led by partner David Szeker and included associates Kathleen M. Maurer and Amanda M. Bradley.
