Kasowitz Represents Starwood Property Trust in Sale of Shopping Center in Nebraska

Kasowitz represented Starwood Property Trust, a leading diversified real estate finance company, in the sale of a grocery-anchored community shopping center located in Lincoln, Nebraska.  The shopping center is located along one of Lincoln’s most established and heavily traveled retail corridors and features a diverse mix of regional and national tenants.  The property was acquired by Broad Reach Retail Partners, LLC, a privately held, fully integrated owner and operator of shopping centers across the Midwest, Southeast, and East Coast.
