Kasowitz Benson Torres partner Paul M. "Tad" O'Connor III was a featured speaker on a panel discussion titled “Pretrial Practice: Preliminary Remedies, Summary Judgment Motions and Discovery” as part of PLI’s Pretrial Practice 2024 program.  Mr. O’Connor, along with the Hon. Barbara Moses, Magistrate Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, Robert S. Fischler, Senior Counsel at Ropes & Gray LLP, and Anne C. Lefever, Partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, discussed the changing nature of pretrial practice in federal civil ligation and issues related to preliminary remedies and summary judgment motions.  The panel also provided guidance on preparing discovery demands and responses.
