Jay R. Deshmukh Featured Speaker at Pharma IPR India Conference

Kasowitz Benson Torres partner Jay R. Deshmukh was a featured speaker on a panel discussion titled “Strategic Insights into Polymorph Litigations,” part of the 13th Annual Pharma IPR India Conference.  Mr. Deshmukh, along with panelists Ajendu Sohani, Head of IPR-Formulation (DGM) at Indoco Remedies, Dr. Ganesan Subramaniam, Head of IPR API at Alembic Pharmaceuticals, and moderator Lavanya Pillai, Senior Deputy General Manager - Legal Department at USV Private Limited, discussed the current landscape of polymorph patent litigation.

The panel discussion took place on March 6, 2024 in Mumbai, India.

Jayadeep (“Jay”) R.
