Tommy H. Vu’s practice focuses on commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Tommy was a federal public defender in the Southern District of California where he represented clients charged with federal offenses including importation of controlled substances, alien smuggling, illegal re-entry, RICO conspiracy, bank robbery, and child pornography. Tommy is a member of the Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Panel in the Southern District of New York.
Tommy is proficient in Vietnamese and previously worked in Hanoi, Vietnam. While in law school, he was a judicial extern for the Honorable Larry A. Burns in the Southern District of California, and a clerk at the Federal Public Defender’s Office in the Central District of California.
