Steven J. Shafer’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions and financings throughout the United States.
Steven represents clients in the acquisition, disposition, development, and large-scale mortgage and mezzanine financings on behalf of borrowers and lenders of office buildings, shopping centers, and apartment, co-op and condominium complexes. Steven also counsels clients in the negotiation of joint venture agreements, and acts on behalf of landlords and tenants in the leasing of office and retail space.
