Hala Mourad’s practice focuses on complex commercial and intellectual property litigation in federal court and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). She has experience litigating patent cases involving a wide variety of technical areas, including consumer electronics, medical devices, lithium batteries, and other electrical and mechanical technologies. She has experience in all phases of litigation from pre-litigation investigations through trial and appeal.
Hala also devotes time to pro bono matters, including representing disabled American veterans before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
Before beginning her legal career, Hala worked as a consulting engineer at a national engineering firm in Orlando.
Hala is admitted only in the District of Columbia and Florida.
