Corey B. Hirsch’s practice focuses on employment-related litigation, including claims of discrimination, hostile work environment, and First Amendment retaliation, brought before federal and state courts, administrative agencies, and alternative dispute resolution bodies. 

Corey also advises clients on employment-related issues, including employment policies and practices and litigation avoidance.

Prior to joining Kasowitz, Corey worked at the New York City Law Department’s Labor and Employment Law Division.
