Caitlin L. O’Fallon’s practice focuses on employment litigation, including claims of discrimination and harassment and hostile work environments brought before federal and state courts, administrative agencies, and alternative dispute resolution bodies.  She also has experience negotiating settlement claims arising under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Prior to joining Kasowitz, Caitlin was an employment litigation associate at a national employment law firm.
