Highly-Acclaimed White Collar Law Treatise Co-Edited and Co-Authored by Daniel Fetterman Updated for 2020

The white collar law treatise, Defending Corporations and Individuals in Government Investigations, co-edited and co-authored by Kasowitz Benson Torres partner Daniel J. Fetterman and Debevoise & Plimpton partner Mark P. Goodman, has been revised and updated for 2020.  The fifth edition of the treatise, written by leading former government lawyers and white collar defense lawyers, provides invaluable guidance on how to handle the complex issues that inevitably arise in a government investigation and how to effectively interact with government agencies. The treatise, which has been used in law school courses at Harvard and Yale, has been recognized as “a must-have resource and reference for any lawyer involved in white collar matters,” “an extraordinary contribution to the white collar bar” and “an incredibly useful and comprehensive resource for in-house and outside counsel conducting an internal investigation or handling a white collar matter.”

The New York Law Journal wrote an outstanding review of the treatise’s fourth edition that describes it as a “handbook of best practices for handling government investigations [that] makes important contributions to the professionalism of this preeminent area of law.” Read the entire New York Law Journal review.
