Kasowitz Benson Torres partner Jennifer S. Recine will moderate a panel discussion titled, “Strategies for Deployment of Capital in an Ultra-Competitive Market,” as part of the Financing CRE Forum: The Future of Lending hosted by Commercial Observer, a leading real estate trade publication.  Ms. Recine, along with leading real estate professionals from ACORE Capital, CIT Group, Invesco Real Estate, NewPoint Real Estate Capital, and Walker & Dunlop, will discuss creative strategies for deploying capital and closing real estate deals, as well as pitfalls to watch out for, in an ultra-competitive market.
