Kasowitz Benson Torres employment practices and litigation partner Jessica Taub Rosenberg has been named a 2021 Notable Woman in Law by Crain’s New York Business.  The annual list celebrates exceptional female attorneys in the New York City area for their professional achievements and involvement in industry and community organizations.

Jessica Taub Rosenberg is a trial lawyer with experience representing employers and prominent senior executives in all aspects of employment-related litigation, including defense of claims of discrimination, retaliation and harassment; disputes involving the enforcement of employment contracts and non-competition covenants; and tort claims such as fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference and defamation. Ms. Rosenberg has been committed to providing pro bono services to underserved communities throughout her career and serves on the firm’s Women’s Initiatives Committee, a group dedicated to supporting women’s initiatives throughout the firm.
