Kasowitz Represents WeWork in Seattle Real Estate Deal, WeWork's Largest Deal to Date
Kasowitz represented WeWork, the world’s largest provider of shared work spaces, in an agreement with Martin Selig Real Estate to build a 36-floor, mixed-use building in Seattle’s Belltown area, the most densely populated neighborhood in the city. The development will include 23 floors of WeLive residential housing, and the remaining floors will be used for WeWork co-working space.
This is WeWork’s largest real estate deal to date and its first venture into Seattle.
The Kasowitz team that represented WeWork in this matter was led by partner Adam M. Endick and includes associate Stephanie A. Felix.
