Jonathan M. Kinney's practice focuses on complex commercial and civil litigation in diverse legal spaces, including real estate litigations and antitrust investigations. In the real estate sector, he currently represents the board of directors of a large Manhattan condominium, and multiple large-scale property development firms with development projects throughout New York City.
Jonathan also manages several pro bono cases, primarily in the immigration sector, including representation of an Afghan woman and a Syrian family of four seeking asylum, and Mexican twins seeking Special Immigrant Juvenile Status in the United States. Additionally, Jonathan represents an Iraq war veteran seeking a discharge upgrade.
Prior to attending law school, Jonathan was a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps.
